This is great content management system if you only plan for a small website. It runs with or without a mySQL database. We are particularly interested in the flat file (no database ) version.

LightNEasy CMS is template driven with a template.php file and a css sheet. You can create a tableless template which 100% css driven or you can use a conventional table design. The templates are reasonably easy to create if you are skilled with CSS.

This is our preferred cms system for small website owners, it is access just like any other dynamic cms website using any web browser.
